(April 19, 2016, Shanghai) Recently, Hilong has fully completed its drill pipe production line in Russia which has acquired API qualification, and has been put into trial production now. This will complement the tubing coating and hardbanding production line launched in Russia by Hilong in 2011, thus bringing about one-stop production and services encompassing drill pipe manufacturing, drill pipe coating, and hardbanding application.
Featuring lean design, the drill pipe production line leads in both Russia and Middle Asia in terms of equipment, technology, and quality control, with an annual capacity of 15,000 tons, product specifications ranging from 2 3/8 to 6 5/8 inches, steel grades of E75, X95, G105, S135, V150, and a maximum product length of 13 meters.
